Materials used for Thermoforming
It is a very high quality, impact resistant, smooth surface, easy to machine and thermally bend and form panels.
One of the most widely used thermoplastic materials, due to its impact strength, rigidity and abrasion resistance. ABS material has good chemical resistance, works well in high temperature and is moisture resistant.
It is a semi-rigid material with good impact resistance, but it has a slightly softer surface which makes it prone to wear. The material also benefits from great thermal characteristics.

Very high quality acrylic glass PLEXIGLAS XT, made by extrusion from polymethyl methacrylate. PLEXIGLAS GS, made by casting from polymethyl methacrylate. The surface of these glasses is of high quality, excellent optical properties. Blocks UV rays. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use as it is resistant to the sun’s UV rays destructive effects. We guarantee that the transparent appearance, gloss and surface properties of PLEXIGLAS will not change significantly over 30 years due to exposure to sunlight.
PVC (polyvinyl chloride) white foam boards, fine pores with a smooth matte surface. Density 0.46 g / cm3. These are durable, easy – to – handle panels (with protective film) suitable for internal use. Suitable for outdoor use only after coating the surface with paint or film, e.g. advertising sticker which protect the panel from direct UV rays.
PVC films are a thin product of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with a range of clear, anti-reflective surfaces, without protective film. Without UV protection.
