3D PRINTING
SERVICES

3D printing as we all now are familiar with is a way to melt down plastic filament into any shape, form or object. 3D pellet extrusion printing or in other words Fused Granular Fabrication (FGF) uses pellets to melt down and extrude them directly onto printing bed.

What is 3D pellet printing?

3D printing as we all now are familiar with is a way to melt down plastic filament into any shape, form or object. 3D pellet extrusion printing or in other words Fused Granular Fabrication (FGF) uses pellets to melt down and extrude them directly onto printing bed. An object is being created by laying a thin slice of plastic layer by layer. It enables to produce complex shapes using less material than traditional manufacturing methods.

Advantages of 3D pellet printing

3D pellet printing has many advantages over other 3D printing methods. These are the main, but not the only ones

Affordable material

Pellet extrusion 3D printing enables the use of affordable feedstocks, often 10 times lower in cost compared to filament.

Faster print
times

High deposition rates – up to 1m/s, enabling large parts to be printed in hours instead of days.

Print
size

We are able to print up to 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm size object. That’s huge!

Wide range of materials

There is no need to make filament out of plastic pellets so the possibilities are endless.
